CPHIPHER is a useful file cipher utility that supports the following cipher: Rijndael with 256 bit keysize, Twofish with 256 bit keysize, RC6 with 2048 bit keysize, Mars with 1248 bit keysize, Serpent with 256 bit keysize, CAST256 with 256 bit keysize, Blowfish with 448 bit keysize, You can use this dll with all other compilers. Delphi demo is included. The new version is not compatible with the old DLL and my other programs, but is highly secure
