Nokia Configuration Tool is a software application that enables advanced local settings management for selected Nokia devices.The connection to the PC is established via USB.
The software utilizes the SyncML Data Synchronization (DS) and Device Management (DM) protocols as defined by OMA (Open Mobile Alliance).
