Crypton is a very powerful yet compact and easy to use private information and password manager program that allows you to store virtually any information in a single, easy to navigate and secure data archive.
You can store any data you want, like serial numbers, key codes, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, membership numbers, web site links, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, pictures, notes, whole files etc.
Storing all your useful information in one place makes it very easy to find it when required and you can also backup all this data at once just by copying the single Crypton archive. Unicode character sets are supported as well.
All data is encrypted using strong military and government approved encryption standard algorithm AES (Advanced Encryption Standard, Rijndael) with 256-bit key.
The Crypton program itself is protected with the strongest modern technologies preventing memory dumping and using debugging or reverse-engineering tools from retrieving protected information. The unique combination of the multilevel protection makes Crypton to even most secure place for your sensitive private data.
The password itself is not stored in the Crypton archive. There are no backdoors in the program, so if you forget your password, it will be impossible to retrieve any information from the secured Crypton archive.
