HABit Form Parser Decrypting Decoding Security for Windows

A simple Windows program for decoding URL encoded text.
When designing web-page forms, a simple method of getting the input is to use the “mailto:” action for the POST method to send the form input to your email address.

You then receive the form input as an email attachment. Unfortunately, the input is URL encoded and quite difficult to read.
