kNox is a flexible, convenient and secure software that stores all those little “bits” ofinformation that you manage everyday. Examples of these “bits” include the username and password to a particular web site, the registration key to a piece of software you have purchased or even credit card details to smooth online transactions.
Whenever you select an item in kNox its details become available to the clipboard via a tray menu item. You just select the correct menu item from the tray icon, this places the property value in the clipboard allowing you to quickly paste it into any other application. Useful for quickly entering password, credit card and other details into web pages.
While we have provided you with a number of standard item types to describe the “bit” of information you are managing, kNox gives you the flexibility to both modify these and to create your own. This allows you to meet any information need we didn’t think of. Custom item types can be made up of four property types: single line, multi-line, password and URL.
