· A comfortable easy-to-use intuitive interface
The interface is intended to make your work comfortable. You can tune the program’s appearance as you wish. Any position and size settings for windows and controls are stored individually for each user.
· Hierarchical information storage with fast access
The left part of the main window displays the groups and records in a tree. The right part shows the selected item’s properties and allows you to copy the textual information, follow a link, save an attached file to disk and more.
· Secure information concealment
Password Boss employs RC4 encryption with a 2048-bit key. Additional encryption methods are loadable as plug-ins. Unlike most competitors, Password Boss uses the master password to encrypt your password file data, not just to manage access to it. This is why program’s password files can not be decrypted without the master password.
· Powerful password generator
The built-in password generator allows you to create passwords of any complexity. You can create up to 255 custom generation categories for every password file, manage the password length and symbol probability, as well as choose between random and mask-driven generation.
· Mobility
Password Boss does not require installation and can run from removable media. The mobility wizard can assist you in moving the program and accounts.
· Data synchronization means
The synchronization wizard allows you to merge data from different password files, which is useful when working with a mobile copy of the program.
· Attaching files up to 16 megabytes to records
Password Boss allows you to attach a file to any of the password file’s records. The files size is limited to 16 megabytes. The attachment is incorporated into the password file and can be saved back to disk at any time. The encryption of the attachment is optional. Disabling encryption improves speed for large files.
· Record templates
Every group has its own customizable template. A new record in a group is automatically filled using the group’s template. This makes creating similar records easier.
· Add up to 255 fields to each record
You can add up to 255 custom fields to every record. Each of them may be a text field, a link, or a password. Text fields store additional text information. Links can be used to reference web pages, local programs and documents, downloads, e-mail addresses, etc. Password fields store additional passwords.
· Drag&Drop support
You can easily group and move groups and records, copy fields and sort password generation categories.
· Automatic content management
Automatic content manager will optimize the information layout, relieve you from searching and make managing large password files easier.
· Autofill facility
The multipaste function allows you to automatically fill in different forms easily.
· Data export means
You can export the password database into the following formats: a usual text document (TXT), a text document with comma-separated values (CSV).
· Multi-user support
Any number of users may work with the program. Every user has a separate account and his own password file; all of the program’s settings are individual.
· Automatic backup facility
Automatic backup may help avoid data loss. Depending on the settings, backup can be stored on entry into an account, when editing groups and records. You can configure the program to automatically rotate backups to store N most recent backups, where N can range from 1 to 999.

You can limit the fields to search in, which allows you to filter unwanted matches.
· Multilingual interface with on-the-fly language setting
Password Boss supports internationalization and localization. It can work with an unlimited number of language modules. You can change the language at any time by using the menu. Now program supports follow languages: English, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Ukrainian.
