Helps you prevent SQL Injections on classic ASP websites.
SecureRequest is a lightweight and extremely useful utility designed to secure your ASP application against SQL injection attacks.
Here are some key features of “SecureRequest”:
· Get back in control!
SecureRequest works by replacing the native ASP request-object so you’ll be in full control of all the data that is passed by your websites’s visitors before it can do any harm!
With SecureRequest you can setup rules that blocks, replaces or distorts keywords and even Regular Expression patterns! Those rules can either be written by you or you may use one of our templates that we’ve created.
· Safer than Parameterized SQL!
Parameterized SQL has one bit flaw: If you have a Stored Procedure that execute other procedures or queries – you might be vulnerable with parameterized SQL as well! SecureRequest however would catch those without any problems.
· Easy as 1-2-3!
Anyone can setup SecureRequest within minutes with use of the Setup Tool and the SecureRequest Configurator! And you don’t need to worry about your original code since the setup tool firsts clones you website and then only works with the clone. If you want to revert to the original mode – just switch back!
· No Downtime!
When you install SecureRequest for the first time you don’t even need to restart the IIS service! (If you update the module – you might need to restart the IIS-service but never the Server itself)
· Minimize false positives!
We provide many ways to minimize false positives (when SecureRequest blocks your legit actions). You can specify safe IP-Addresses/IP-ranges, session variables or directories that you don’t want SecureRequest to filter.
· Great Support!
If you are having any troubles – we are there to help you. Usually our support team responds within minutes to your questions.
