Use IESecure to keep away from IE Exploit
A critical vulnerability has been found in Internet Explorer which is caused due to a boundary error in the handling of certain attributes in the IFRAME, FRAME, and EMBED HTML tags.

This can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow via a malicious HTML document containing overly long strings in the “SRC” and “NAME” attributes of the IFRAME tag.

The vulnerability may also affect program using IE ActiveX component, such as Outlook, Outlook Express, MyIE2 etc. when browse web pages and read HTML format mails.

It affects Internet Explorer 6.0 on Windows XP SP1 (fully patched) and Internet Explorer 6.0 on Windows 2000 (fully patched). Windows XP SP2 Users don’t have this problem.

NOTE: The patch can be uninstalled!
